    Responsible for Allocation and Capacity Management on designated Ship Systems / TradesCreation of Voyage Allocations and Customer Allocations as per alignment with TM Pricing & SteeringManage and optimise utilisation for the vessel within Region Asia across all allocation scopes (trades), all Geo Froms for full and MT containersLiaising with ship planners (own or partner line) on space related topics and operational restrictions (e.g.

    draft, ballast & bunker, stack weight, etc)Liaising with QSCs for CSB related topics (vessel balancing) as well as PTO topics (e.g.

    terminal build up, load lists)Close cooperation with TM Pricing & Steering regarding booking development and respective market situationAlignment with Area Commercial Steering onPredicting the voyage utilisationResponsible for special cargo approval applications (e.g.

    OOG, Flexi tank) to planners/partner linesPredict booking developments and liaise with TMPSResponsible for shipment acceptance handling incl waitlist handlingPrioritisation of cargoes in case of an overbooking situation based on commercial rules, operational and cost aspectsCooperation on ad hoc schedule adjustments / optimizations in collaboration with Voyage Control/Fleet Support Center and RegionsReporting to the Senior Manager/Manager Cargo Control centerDegree in Shipping, Transportation or related disciplineOperational background and Sales Steering experience welcomeComprehensive knowledge about HL applications (FIS, Qlikview)Knowledge about Hapag-Lloyd's global product offering (Network & Partners)
