As our Technician, you will be in-charge of our product and inventory mangement. This includes testing and troubleshooting of smart devices and managing daily inventory movements.

You will also be supporting our on-site team with smart home configuration, integration and hands-on installation. You will be in-charge of a delicated after sales support hotline and general inquiry,configuring personalised home automation scenes and rules according to a homeowner's family needs. Equipped with smart home knowledge, you are the front person communicating to homeowners on how smart home brings unprecedented convenience and comfort to them.
