**Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations, where you play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities: - Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decisionmaking.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including assessing investment opportunities, managing cash flow, and implementing internal controls.
Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
Financial Operations: Oversee daytoday financial operations. Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger, to maintain accurate financial records.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors for external audits, if necessary.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funds for daily operations and future investments. Implement cash management strategies and monitor working capital requirements.
Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, working closely with various departments to establish financial targets and monitor expenditures. Track budget performance, analyze variances, and provide explanations and recommendations.
Team Management: Lead and develop a highperforming finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in a startup environment.
Indepth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with financial management systems and tools.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of the organization's overall business strategy.
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and problemsolving. Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
Maintain the highest ethical standards in financial operations and decisionmaking.
Familiarity with industryspecific financial practices and regulations may be advantageous, depending on the organization.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and navigate through the challenges of a startup environment.

One North.

Might be required to travel to warehouse/showroom/roadshows to meet and engage with our team

Working hours :
Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT may be required from time to time depending on business needs.
