- Be a key finance partner to the business units, working closely on strategic business planning, providing strategic financial input and leading on decision making
- Demonstrate understanding of finance and accounting concepts to help support robust financial decision making
- Support the business in trade execution and structuring
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process
- Prepare presentations for Board level / Sub-Committee meetings
- Degree in Accountancy, or Professional Accounting qualification (e.g. CPA / CA )
- At least 15 years experience in performance management, business finance or FP&A within banks or financial institutions
- Experience with and an understanding of Corporate Lending / Project Finance would be advantageous

Our client is a Corporate Lending/Financing business who are looking to hire a Head of Performance Management, to run a newly established team. This role will be responsible for all budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering with the front office to drive performance, around both revenue and cost. The ideal candidate will have Business Finance / FP&A experience and an understanding of Corporate Lending/Financing products.
This is a Director level role which could suit either a newly promoted Director looking to develop their leadership career, or an existing senior VP ready for a step up into a Director remit.
