    Roles & Responsibilities

    Dart Solutions has partnered with a global market leader in Maritime Equipments that is currently on the search for a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team. Having maritime experience is highly valued for the role, but not necessary for success.

    The company is based in Tuas. 5 day work week from 8am to 5.30pm. AWS and Variable Bonus scheme.

    Role Overview:

    As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling quotations, account orders, inquiries, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the master list and pricing-related documents, and collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Shipping & Warehouse, to guarantee the accuracy and prompt delivery of parts orders to clients. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints through inbound calls, emails, and the CRM system. Additionally, you will generate Delivery Orders and Invoices for customers and submit Purchase Requisitions to senior management for approval. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    To be considered for this customer service role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with SAP is considered a significant advantage, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess an energetic and dynamic personality, with a passion for growth and development, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
