    Primary Relationships:

    The position works directly with PR and Content team, and reports directly to Assistant Marketing Director.

    Within the organization, this position will also work with the Marketing, Digital and CRM teams and will also have working relationships with the Design and IT teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations. Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (digital agencies, producers, photographers, social and search platform account managers, etc).

    Job Descriptions:

    • Responsible for the development and implementation of global social media strategy to align with business goals, KPI, brand guidelines.
    • Manage and oversee all HQ social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book as well as overseeing the strategy and implementation of all overseas partners.
    • Perform detailed research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector, suggest and implement new features to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Work with PR and Content team to create, edit, publish and share engaging content in conjunction with HQ global brand and marketing strategy.
    • Optimise SEO, web traffic metrics, and engagement across all social media platforms.
    • Analyse social media campaigns and performances, provide monthly reports on ROI.
    • Community Management: Communicate with customers and followers, ensure responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring comments and reviews.
    • Oversee HQ and partners' social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
    • Participate in new market expansion by providing digital insights on relevant markets and help with the strategic planning and onboarding processes.
    • Actively involved in discussions with franchise partners with regards to their local social media campaigns and optimisation. Acting as an advisor when required.
    • Owns visual & audio content development for all social media platforms of the Company
    • KOL & Influencer Management: Collaborate and build relationships with online personalities to generate content to be repurposed for all social media platforms. Oversee and manage periodical seeding.
    • Manages two headcounts: Social Media Executive and Digital Content Creator

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years' experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing strategist role preferably with a global responsibility.
    • Knowledge of social media metrics, SEO, and other social media tools to track and measure success. Addicted to social media and genuinely excited by digital technologies.
    • Experience dealing with and managing local and international markets and customers.
    • Has natural finesse for design for balance and composition in all visual content. An obsession for creating impactful visual content is welcomed.
    • Fluent in English and possess strong copywriting skills along with excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • Sound knowledge of social media marketing tools (Hootsuite, etc) is preferred.
    • Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus.
    • Good knowledge of search and social media advertising, programmatic advertising and content conceptualisation and production would be an advantage.
    • Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences is much preferred.
