    We seek a highly driven, Marketing & Admissions leader to share our growth vision, drive our in-market strategy and spearhead student recruitment for Westbourne College Singapore.

    Working within a highy driven team you will be commercially astute and results-orientated.


    The successful candidate will:
    Work closely with our Singapore Founding Principal as well as the group-wide Growth Team, based in the UK. This high-profile role is central to the ambitious growth plans of both Westbourne College Singapore and Westbourne International.


    Evolve and implement our marketing strategy and business development plan that ensures the attraction and recruitment of highly academic, STEM and business-focused students.


    Work alongside the academic team to deliver a seamless student onboarding experience across all courses; further ensuring the college's core messages are fully integrated at each stage of the process, from initial interest through to enrolment.

    Collate market data to inform the school's marketing strategies.

    Develop an up-to-date evidence base of the needs and concerns of internal and external stakeholders concerning the growth and retention of students.


    Extend the profile, reputation and awareness of the Westbourne brand locally, nationally and internationally through focused initiatives to deliver the school's recruitment and retention objectives.


    Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and distribute all internal and external marketing, communication and PR activities, including print materials, social media and on and offline advertising.

    Deliver high-quality editorial content in support of the school's digital marketing and SEO strategy.

    Identify new and build upon existing relationships with key education agents and influencers.

    Requirements:5+ years of sales and marketing management experience with demonstrated campaign success in a competitive marketplace.

    Experience in developing a best-in-class sales process, ideally within the education sector.

    Campaign experience managing creative, branding and design within tight deadlines.

    To be able to take advantage of data and metric-driven performance enhancement.


    Have a keen understanding of the factors which drive parents/guardians, both local and ex-pat to consider and invest in independent education.

    Strong copywriting, audience segmentation and content planning skills.

    Excellent time management and attention to detail.
