As a Boutique/Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in establishing 's brand and sales strategy to reach our target customers.

This is a hybrid role requiring both customer service and sales experience, and a passion for luxury.

You will be responsible for:

Promote and upsell products to customers instore
Drive sales and customer traffic instore
Follow up with all online and instore customer enquiries
Build customer loyalty through active client development, profiling and followups
Manage accurate record of stocks
Perform opening and end of day store duties
Visual merchandising

Looking for someone that possesses:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in luxury retail sales
Prior exposure in luxury goods such as timepiece, fashion or jewellery is preferred
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Chinese
Strong communication & customer service skills and comfortable to build rappport with clients
Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
