_Tai Sun is a Singapore based company; it is one of the fastest growing snack manufacturing in the region. The company manufactures and distributes its products to local and overseas customers._


Position:
Logistics Executive

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and coordinate tight import/export shipment schedules
  • Prepare shipping documents for import and export shipment clearance (including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Certificate, Declaration of permit for customs clearance, Certificate of Origin & Marine Insurance
  • Generate invoice for billing to subsidiary companies
  • Provide excellent customer service by monitoring and updating stakeholders on cargoes estimated arrival and departure dates
  • Give instruction to warehouse to perform inward / outward shipments
  • Declare inward/outward permits using TradeNet and NTP system
  • Work closely with various departments and logistics service providers to ensure efficient import and export fulfilment
  • Liaise with local authorities (SFA) to book incoming cargo inspection

Key Requirements:


  • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently and meet deadline in a fastpaced environment
  • Possess initiative and meticulous in work
  • Strong administrative background

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3, $4,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
