    Sales & Marketing Manager (South ASEAN)

    Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri)

    Work hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm


    Location:
    Raffles City Tower


    Salary:
    $6000 - $8000 depending on experience.


    The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting commercial targets and creating new opportunities by leading local sales, technical service, and market development team in South ASEAN.

    The Sales & Marketing Manager is also responsible for growing the team and meeting the expectations set for the team in South ASEAN – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in South ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia).

    Ensure the Sales and Marketing team complies with all of company

    values and principles, including Safety, Ethics and Respect for individuals. Develop a strong compliance culture.


    Participate in and lead a dynamic and customer focused sales team to promote company products in Advanced Interlayer Solutions Division in High Performance Products.

    Responsible for major business decisions and customer contract negotiations.

    Develop, mentor, and support Department personnel.


    Develop project pipelines to meet short and long-term growth of specialty products including SentryGlas, Color PVB, Acoustic PVB & Spallshield cPET.

    Develop and maintain profound relationships with stake holders of related parties,e.g. Glass Fabricators' senior management, OEMs, Architects, Engineers, Glaziers & Agents.

    ​​​​​​​Fulfill short and long-term term business/sales targets.

    Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.

    Create new business opportunities, develop new accounts to satisfy business growth needs while maintaining existing customer market share.

    Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales process, and business finance etc.

    Help defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.

    Collaborate with company personnel in other countries and regions.

    Collaborate with Technical team to resolve technical issues at customers.

    Basic technical support to customers


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline, ideally Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

    A degree in architecture, construction management and/or Master of Business Administration also a plus.

    Min. 8 to 10 years or more years of working experience in Chemical industry

    At least 5 years knowledge in laminated safety glass industry is preferred.

    Pricing & Forecasting experience

    Sales, Technical Sales, and Business Development career preferred.

    Working experience in Foreign-owned Company, or Multi-National Company Preferred

    PVB R&D or Sales Experience for Safety Glass Business is preferred.

    Good Understanding of the Market.

    Skilled with GCRM and SAP systems.

    Able to travel.
