Responsibilities

Mentor And Guide Accounts Executive
Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, monthend closing, and yearend audit activities
Provide advisory/analytical work on accounting to clients.
Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems.
Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.
Responsible for adhoc invoicing and accounting functions.
Other Adhoc duties or assignments.

Requirements:

Financial accounting qualifications and experience are a must.
Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work primarily with numbers.
IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software are required.
Openminded and independent individuals are preferred.
Can work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in handling a pool of portfolio clients
Conversant in English and Mandarin
Work experience (Consultancy or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.
