• Position : Car Workshop Service Advisor [Customer Service/Automotive/Automobile]
• Location : Sin Ming Drive (Nearest MRT: Brighthill)
• Working hours : 5.5 Days Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Automotive/Automobile

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth running of daily workshop operations
• Attend to customers' enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs and make professional and appropriate repair recommendations/quotations.
• Assign jobs to technical team, issue job cards and monitor servicing and repair job status
• Liaise with technicians and suppliers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers promptly.
• Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars.
• Close job cards and prepare service invoices with explanation of any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers.
• Attend to accident claims surveyors.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O levels with NITEC or Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical knowledge
• At least 2 years of related working experience in automotive service centres
• Strong technical knowledge in Continental/European vehicles is a plus
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
