Responsibilities:


  • Good customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to the endusers.
  • Installation, setup of system and maintenance activities, as well as deployment
  • Perform recovery procedures to solve system issues

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer/IT related certificates
  • Exposure in both IT technical installation and repair are plus points
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred (high frequency in dealing and coordinating with Chinese speaking clients and vendors)
  • Positive attitude, diligent and keen to learn
  • Possess Class 3/3A driving licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3, $4,000.00 per month
