Part-Time Personal Assistant
Are you organized, reliable, and detail-oriented? Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding part-time position? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our team.
Position:
Part-Time Personal Assistant
Location:
Central/Raffles Place/Chinatown
Hours: 4 hours/day
Salary:
$10-$15/hour
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive's schedule and calendar efficiently.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, both internally and externally.
Organize and handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as directed.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the team when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency in English and Mandarin are welcomed
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A level/diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
