Your Role in the Team:1. Enterprise Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate with colleagues on exciting and complex projects for our customers. These projects involve critical security considerations.2. Requirements Analysis and Technical Concepts: Your primary responsibility is to analyse business, IT, and compliance requirements related to Identity & Access Management (IAM). You'll then translate these requirements into actionable technical concepts.3. IAM Consulting Leadership: As an IAM consultant, you'll take ownership of projects. This includes leading teams that may include junior colleagues. You'll facilitate workshops, create conceptual designs, and present project outcomes to our clients.4. Solution Implementation: Within this context, you'll be accountable for implementing solutions across key areas:o IAM: Identity and Access Managemento PAM: Privileged Access Managemento Identity Governanceo Identity Analytics
What You Bring to the Table:1. Professional Expertise:o Several years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).o Familiarity with Identity Lifecycle processes and Approval and Certification workflows.2. Consulting Skills:o Experience working with one or more IAM solutions (e.g., One Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint).o Proficiency in integrating IAM solutions into the Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID3. Technical Knowledge:o Implementation proficiency with One Identity, including installation and configuration.o Ability to integrate One Identity Manager with various applications.4. Analytical Thinking:o Strong analytical skills to address complex security challenges.5. Willingness to Travel:o You should be open to travel arrangements as needed.

· Microsoft Skills & Industry Knowledge:

• Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra | .Net (lower level only) | Azure Active Directory | Active Directory Domain Services/ADFS | Azure AD External Identities (B2C/B2B) | Privileged Access Management (PIM / PAM) | Single Sign-On (SSO)
