    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the Hospitality or F&B Industry.
    • Candidates without prior experience are also welcome as training will be provided.
    • Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English
    • 5 Days work week. Shift duty is required and must be able to work on weekends, the eve of public holidays, and Public Holidays.

    Job Scope

    Perform food and beverage services

    • Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing food & beverage order
    • Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
    • Serve food and beverages to ensure all dishes match the order ticket to the corresponding tables
    • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation

    Deliver customer experience

    • Address customers' queries on food and beverages
    • Suggest food and beverages to customers
    • Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
    • Follow customer service standards
    • Escalate customers' feedback

    Maintain hygiene, safety, and standards

    • Follow legislative requirements pertaining to handling and consumption of alcoholic beverages
    • Follow the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards

    Support food and beverage operations

    • Assist in the opening, operating, and closing of shifts
    • Execute daily operational tasks according to the staff roster
    • Replenish inventory at service stations
    • Follow crisis response and recovery activities in accordance with business continuity policies
    • Suggest areas for personal development to improve work performance

    Contribute to continuous improvement

    • Escalate feedback on current work processes and procedure
    • Suggest areas for continuous improvement within the work area
    • Execute continuous improvement activities within the work area
    • Operate emerging technology and tools to improve work productivity
