Responsibilities:


  • Opening, prepare and set up for shop opening
  • Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
  • Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
  • Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
  • Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
  • Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
  • Clean tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties and restock table ware and other supplies
  • Handle guest enquiries & feedback / complaints
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:


  • Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
  • Outgoing personality and highly motivated and takes imitative
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygiene certification
  • With at least 3 years of F&B experience
