    Job brief:

    We are looking for competent managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlets. You'll be the face of our outlets and play an integral part in our customers' experiences and our staff members career progression.

    Managers responsibilities include training and supervising the staff members, ensuring the outlets is clean and well maintained. Your ultimate goal to be successful as a manager, you should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the staff carries out all duties efficiently. Ultimately, an exceptional manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    . Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations

    . Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

    . Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.

    . Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

    . Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

    . Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it

    . Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

    . Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

    . Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

    . Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.

    . Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.

    Requirements and skills

    . Proven Management experience in the Hospitality industry

    . Proven customer service experience as a manager

    . Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

    . Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

    . Exemplary management skills.

    . Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    . Effective communication skills.

    . Exceptional customer service skills.
