    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Digital Delivery Coordinator, involved in the International/National projects you will be responsible to assist Digital Delivery Manager to coordinate and implement all required procedures in the discipline level and in compliance with International/National/Company/Project standards. With competent skills in digital delivery and knowledge related to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, you will lead and coordinate discipline regarding two deliverables, information model and drawings.

    In the discipline level, you will be the main contact and reliable person for members from Engineering, Design, and Delivery team to assist and guide them during the project delivery time with digital approach. You are required to guide and direct discipline Digital Delivery Modeler to deliver discipline deliverables within budget, quality, and resources suitable for project.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Geometrical Information Production

    • Support Digital Delivery Manager to implement Concurrent Modeling and Coordination process in the respective discipline and being responsible for implementation of this approach in discipline level.
    • Explain, illustrate and coordinate Task Team requirement with Digital Delivery Manager to support collaborative working environment.
    • Apply geometrical information production process by complying with corporate and project guidelines, and in coordination with Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Explain and guide Task Team to create geometrical information from Design & Engineering markups, provided in different form such as notes or sketches and format DWFx, PDF, CAD, Images.
    • Analyze and categorize challenges associated with Task Team geometrical information development.
    • Compute and schedule challenges based on the project priority and coordinate them Task Team Manager and Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Discover solutions to address challenges and illustrate viable practice towards such solution
    • He / She may be responsible for Digital Delivery Modeler Role.

    Graphical Information Production

    • Coordinate and collaboratively work with the team to create and deliver discipline drawings based on submission packages and towards meeting deadlines.
    • Guide the team and being hands-on to Create, Extract and Manage project drawings from information model in compliance with office/project standards and under supervision of Digital Delivery Manager.
    • Guide the discipline delivery members and being hands-on in preparation of tender drawings under supervision of Digital Delivery Manager
    • Get assured that critical areas of the discipline are well presented, dimensioned, and described in drawings.

    Federated Model

    • Assist Digital Delivery Manager to develop project wide federated model with specific views, sections, and other required materials to enable project members from design and delivery team to study project.
    • Export discipline model in the form of IFC/NWC files based on project stage and needs to be used for federated model development.

    Clash Analysis & Resolution

    • Identify, prioritize, and register discipline major clashes, discuss and coordinate subject with internal/external team to manage effort based on construction plan, design change and be rectified on scheduled timeline.
    • Implement Work Breakdown Structure system in the discipline with huge number of clashes to become manageable for the team.
    • Assist Digital Delivery Manager and guide discipline modelers to implement framework and strategy regarding to project modeling approach to mitigate number of clashes prior to any clash analysis.
    • Understand clash analysis strategy and goals to guide discipline modelers, manage and mitigate workload durinthe project delivery time

    Job Requirements

    • Preferably Degree in Engineering, Architect, or other related subjects to AEC industry
    • Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Design and Delivery with digital approaches.
    • Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft
    • Familiar with Digital Delivery Standards such as, ISO, BSI, PAS, NCS and Local Authorities.
    • Familiar with Authorities submission and relevant rules and regulations of approval procedures.
    • Knowledgeable with background in the Discipline Digital Delivery Services such as, Procedures, Execution, Implementation, Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Coordination, Scope of works, Deliverables.
    • Services Knowledge in the Discipline Level such as, Modeling, Production, Design Authoring, Design Review, Visualization, Clash Detection, Clash Resolution, 3D Coordination, Authority Submission, Quantity Estimation.
    • Good verbal communication skills.
