- Investment engagement and supporting deal teams in investments, divestments and M&A activities.
- Evaluate accounting classification & valuation, reporting & credit rating implications.
- Understand and analyse deal structure and parameters, assessing their impact on the transaction valuation.
- Review sale and purchase agreements, term sheets and other transaction documents.
- Deal execution including holding structure & custodian set-up, capital call processing & settlement.
