_DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES _
- Ensure Data Center operations are kept within the agreed SLA and PUE is maintained according to GM Platinum requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all local statutory regulations and codes.
- Responsible for managing Facility Managing Agent, facilities contractors and vendors carry out PPM as scheduled and any alarm or breakdown in the building.
- Review submitted documents like Drawings, Permit-ToWork, Risk Assessments, Method Statements & etc.
- Review, assess and verify equipment fault/ damage as claim by service vendor.
- Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis (RCA) or work improvement plan.
- Ensure adherence to work processes, procedures for all Data Center related M&E services are followed.
- Manage work order systems
- Support and oversee parts management process for maintenance and repairs, upkeep assets inventory records and prepare maintenance and replacement budgets.
- Handle project fitout, A&A works and leads projects as assigned.
- Standby for any facilities related emergency calls. Respond as needed to system after hours maintenance and system complications.
- Establishes operational and performance benchmarks, conducts analysis, and prepares reports on all aspect of the facility operations and maintenance.
- Generate monthly progress report and track status of deliverables.
- Ensure ISO 27001 process documents and records are maintained.
- Ensure Data Center operations meet energy & water efficiency criteria in compliance to Green Mark, ISO50001 & SS564 certifications.
- Provide technical supports to all aspects of Data Center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission equipment and systems.
_JOB SPECIFICATION _
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Integrated Facility Design & Management or relevant discipline.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Data Center Facilities Management & Operations environment and service delivery.
- Relevant professional qualification CDCP, CDCS.
- Data Center facility operation background.
- Facility Management.
