    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Operations team in daily administrative roles
    • Process (scanning, renaming, data-entry, etc) of clients' delivery orders and invoices
    • Post out of invoices and statements of account to clients via email
    • Liaise with clients' on aging invoices
    • Assist to maintain proper documentations and filing
    • Assist HR and Finance with ad-hoc administrative duties

    Requirements:

    • GCE "O" levels or equivalent experiences
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Meticulous and well-organised
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferrable
    • Able to commit for 6 months
