Dlp Solutions Specialist - Singapore - Morgan McKinley

Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in project initiation, planning, and scoping discussions with internal stakeholders
- Conduct workshops to recommend and craft DLP Use Cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review, and finalize DLP Use Cases to create policies and rules
- Recommend network topology, system requirements, integration requirements, and design specifications that suit environment
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation, configuration documents, and build guides
- Assess customer environment and validate prerequisites prior to implementation
- Execute base installation, configuration, and integration of the DLP solution
- Develop, configure, and test DLP policies and rules to ensure effectiveness and compliance
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot testing phases to address any issues and validate success
- Coordinate mass rollout of the DLP solution to endpoints, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges
- Conduct thorough knowledge transfer sessions for the DLP team and related administration personnel
- Create and maintain comprehensive projectrelated documentation, including operation guides and best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DLP implementation and administration, with expertise in one or more leading DLP solutions (Trellix, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian, Symantec, Skyhigh or Zscaler)
- Indepth understanding of network topology, system requirements, and integration requirements for DLP solutions
- Proficiency in Active Directory, MS SQL Server, and relevant server technologies
- Familiarity with deployment tools, methodologies, and best practices
Preferred Credentials (optional):
- Relevant certifications in leading DLP solutions (e.g., Trellix, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian, Symantec)
- Industry certifications in information security, such as CISSP, or CCSP
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability and a keen interest in learning new technologies and approaches quickly
- Familiarity with AI language models, such as ChatGPT, and strong prompt engineering skills is a considerable advantage
