Summary of Role

Key Accountabilities

  • Spare part inventory management
  • Lead Technical Service Team, acting as coach and mentor to the engineers, constant and periodic checks on the quality of their work and develop diagnostics and problemsolving skill of the engineers
  • Responsible for technical service budget
  • Initiate and plan service contracts with internal and external customers
  • Create preventive maintenance schedule
  • Maintain and record billing information, tools calibration and inventory
  • Provide service quotation availability and schedule information within established guideline
  • Build strong professional relationship with internal and external customers

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical degree
  • Factory training on equipment covered
  • At least 4 years of field experience
  • Advanced knowledge of dialysis and dialysis therapies
  • Good understanding of biofeedback devices and their implication
  • Sound knowledge of products distributed by FMC
  • Taking and passing the 1st Competency Test
  • Taking and passing the 2nd Competency Test
  • Must show capabilities of managing people
  • Must understand financial implications
