    Responsibilities

    • Providing company secretarial assistance and support to the PSA Group of Companies ('Group') and ensuring that the Company's corporate governance directives and guidelines are adhered to.
    • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of board members, directors and ensure statutory compliance including Bizfiling and updating of statutory registers.
    • Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
    • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
    • Liaising with external regulators and advisers.
    • Organising, preparing agendas, and taking minutes of board meetings.
    • Supervising and guiding staff in the day-to-day routine company secretarial work and review their work to ensure that the deadlines are met without compromising accuracy and quality of work.
    • Preparing reports in a clear and user-friendly manner to facilitate decision making by users and/or when required by Management.
    • Providing assistance and support to immediate supervisor:
      • In ensuring that the Group comply with Temasek's corporate governance directives and guidelines and
      • In the company secretarial related aspects of projects and acquisitions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 9 years relevant working experience.
    • Experience in handling a listed company is a distinct advantage.
    • Strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
    • Good command of written Mandarin an advantage.
    • Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently as well as under pressure.
    • Knowledge of Viewpoint is an advantage.
    • Degree holder and have completed ICSA.
