Our client is a leading provider of global energy solutions. An exciting Contracts Manager role has been opened to join them in their Singapore HQ. This role will start off as a 1-year contract with possibility to extend/ convert to permanent.

Reporting to the Head of Contracts Management, you are responsible for the full suite of contracts management work and managing the commercial aspects of long term and mid-term contracts.

This key function will act as gate keepers to the business and will work closely with legal and commercial business partners to drive contract negotiations and advise on any contractual pit falls and risks to the business, ensuring the achievement of yearly KPIs are aligned with business objectives for compliance, timeline deliverables and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

Ideally, you are a Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a paralegal/ contract management function.

Prior experience in commodity contract management will be highly regarded.

You are a proactive and meticulous individual with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you are confident to partner with commercial teams to facilitate contractual advice and drive contracts negotiations.
