Responsibilities

1. Process GIRO application forms by performing data and signature verification
2. Perform data entry for maintenance (amendment & termination) relating to GIRO, Standing Instruction and Credit Card
3.Ensure request are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
4.Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal SOP.

Profile/Qualifications

• Team player
• Excellent grasping skills on the processes
• Good verbal communication skills
• Listen to ideals and gives his views
• Completes the given tasks
• Technical knowledge in Google Sheets, Microsoft - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Oracle, MYOB (Computerized - MYOB)
