- 3~5年の実務経験をお持ちの方(クリーンルーム施設での実務経験歓迎)
- CAD、プロジェクト、パワーポイント、エクセル、ワードなどマイクロソフトが使用できる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)
- Manage Client and SPs for maintenance, adhoc and new projects
- Ensure prompt progress claims
- Ensure proper documentation
- Translate project related documents from Japanese to English and vice versa
- Interpret during meetings from Japanese to English and vice versa
- Degree or diploma in Building or M&E with at least 3 to 5 years working experiences (best in cleanroom facilities);
- Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese clients
- Good knowledge in Microsoft programme such as CAD, project, power point, excel, words, etc.
- Good and experienced construction or project management skill
