Job Descriptions:
Pioneer batch to build up the vision with the Team in Chennai, India.

Plan and execute the development of NPI and ensure products transition to production according to specific cost, quality and capacity goals to satify customer's demand.

Align with customer to achieve both internal team and customer's target.
Liaison between customer and internal team to achiece mass production goals.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners on material availability, capacity readiness and transition plans.
Optimise supply chain and accounting on risk management, adjustment and forecast according to changes in schedule or demand.

Job Requirements:
Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in India and 15% deployment in China sites.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Science.
Knowledge in manufacturing proces is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to distil complex issues and analysis into simple, structured frameworks with action plans.
