    Roles & Responsibilities


    Job Responsibilities:
    Partner with internal Business Units to deliver Human Resource services
    Responsible for the full cycle of company's recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts and orientation.
    Review and craft job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library.
    Screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting of potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers.
    Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare salary proposals for selected candidates. Ensure proposed salaries are aligned with internal benchmark.
    Responsible and administer foreign employment contracts, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
    Responsible for administrative, on-boarding/off-boarding activities and logistics support for new hires (Laptop issuance etc)
    Handle all CCPs, e2i Grants and Place and Train, or other grants that are beneficial for hiring needs.
    Assist in all other Admin duties in the HR Department
    Assist on other HR projects such as staff engagement events and when required


    Requirements:
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent
    Min 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resource
    Possess excellent negotiation and organisational skills
    Hands-on to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    Well-versed in local regulations such as Employment Act
    Driven and possess a positive mindset
    HR background will be considered favourably
