Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related fieldShould come with industry know-how regarding education system (timetable/scheduling/administration etc)Must be well versed with Education policiesHas prior experience in CIO organization in Poly Tech/Uni/IHL - not the usual maintenance but specifically focusing on complex implementation, UAT/feedback/implementation(s)Able to lead brownbag sessions and provide guidance for system improvement(s)Extensive years of experience in the Higher Education sector, with a specialization of Technology implementationProven track record in achieving practice delivery excellence, managing resources and personnel, and optimizing revenue and margins.

Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to manage complex deals and key accounts.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous involvement in bid/sales strategy development, consulting partner collaboration, and customer relationship management.
