Description

The Singtel Cognitive and Artificial Intelligence Lab for Enterprises (SCALE), at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is looking for a research associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop techniques towards building knowledge graphs (including but not limited to entity recognition, relation extraction, entity linking and relation prediction)
Implement models/algorithms for building knowledge graphs
Write research papers and disseminate the research outcomes via conference presentations
Liaise with the project partners from the NCS group (Singapore) on project deliverables

Job Requirements:

Master degree in computer science or related fields of study
Practical experience of dealing with structured and/or unstructured data, including texts, tables, graphs, etc.
Good communication and presentation (oral and written) skills (in English)
Background in knowledge graph related areas (e.g., NLP, information retrieval, machine learning, graph databases, etc.) is a plus
