Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender
• Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements
• Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation
• Preparation of technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents
• Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.
• Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission

Requirements:

• Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS excel/words/Power Points
• Will be advantage to have Customer service handling experience

Knowledge/ Professional Skills:

• Knowledge in Microsoft office, Project, power point is compulsory. 
• Chemical or Engineering background prefer. 
• Good Problem-Solving skill and Well-Organized personality 
• Good Time management Skills 
• Leadership quality, strategic and Mature Thinking

Working hours:

• 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Working Location:

• Bedok (client's office)
