- Manage customers on forecasting and
ordering - Analyse Price trends and forecast for

Follow-up on leads with new customers - Service and maintain existing customer
account - Handle customer request and queries
(e.g. short-time orders, etc.) - Identify and respond to customer needs
- Establish and offer competitive price
to customers - Prepare and issue Sales Quotation

suppliers for competitive advantage - Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in
engineering background - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable
solutions - IT savvy and knowledge in MS Office and SAP
