Having earned numerous distinguished track records in the region, our Client is currently looking to expand their team in Singapore to uphold their standards and exceed expectations for customers.

Job Scope:

• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily manhour returns and coordinate all aspects of site issues for repair projects
• Liaise with Client and comply with inspection requirements
• Monitor job progress and ensure quality of work at targeted schedule
• Study and evaluate work processes and methods of the department to explore new ideas to improve work quality and productivity
• Evaluate technical and engineering requirement
• Prepare reports on job status and project completion
• Conduct risk assessment and hazard reporting
• Attend to anchorage for repair jobs or inspection

Job Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture/Marine & Offshore/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years in ship repair yard environment
• At least 8 years of experience in ship repair project management
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
