- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily manhour returns and coordinate all aspects of site issues for repair projects
- Liaise with Client and comply with inspection requirements
- Monitor job progress and ensure quality of work at targeted schedule
- Study and evaluate work processes and methods of the department to explore new ideas to improve work quality and productivity
- Evaluate technical and engineering requirement
- Prepare reports on job status and project completion
- Conduct risk assessment and hazard reporting
- Attend to anchorage for repair jobs or inspection
- Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture/Marine & Offshore/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years in ship repair yard environment
- At least 8 years of experience in ship repair project management
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
