    Job Details

    • Strategize a retail marketing calendar that aligns with annual business goals and financial budgets.
    • Plan and oversee all major ATL retail campaigns for the company.
    • Analyze performance of past marketing strategies and make tactical adjustments to capitalize on opportunities for increased exposure.
    • Stay updated on competitors' activities to ensure competitiveness through field visits both online and offline in order to gather intelligence on their strategies.
    • Uphold a strong business ethics policy with suppliers and maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues and external parties.
    • Develop the marketing team by providing necessary training to implement marketing strategies effectively.
    • Prepare marketing budgets and focus on key business categories.
    • Collaborate closely with Press, Media, and Agency management teams to ensure timely deliverables.
    • Analyze campaign performance and measure success, seeking efficiency improvements.
    • Review and approve press scripts considering legal and risk factors.
    • Create ATL campaigns, introduce new product programs, and manage existing product portfolio.
    • Monitor marketing performance, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend improvement actions for all digital channels.
    • Engage with marketing partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Explore innovative ways to engage target audiences and maintain consumer engagement on digital platforms.
    • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.

    Who We Are Looking For

    Formal Education & Certification

    • Degree in Marketing/Commercial Business, with at least 3 years' relevant experience.

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Extensive experience in agency management and creative development.
    • Familiarity with retail distribution channel requirements.
    • Background in retail.

    Personal Attributes

    • 8 to 10 years of experience in similar marketing management roles.
    • Ability to lead and motivate management staff.
    • Strong business ethics and integrity.
    • Creative and innovative mindset.
    • Effective communication skills, managing campaigns within strict deadlines.
    • Numerically adept with strong analytical skills.
    • Passionate with a vision to lead and drive change.
    • Confident and articulate communicator fostering collaboration within the organization.
    • Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and excel in fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
    • High level of initiative and integrity.
