Description

As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service will be critical to our client retention and overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved.
  • Provide clients with information about products, services, and account status.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction and feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Continuously strive to improve the client service experience by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Pay:
$2, $4,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
