Manager / Senior Manager (Clinical Services), NUCOHS

The Clinic Manager / Senior Clinic Manager will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) and achieving stated outcomes in policy compliance, process improvement and operational efficiency.

Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the following:
OperationsLeads and directs daily dental clinic operations.
Oversees manpower requirements and deployment to support overall staffing needs.
Drives quality and productivity improvement initiatives.

Establishes and documents Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Coordinates and collaborates with various stakeholders to optimize efficiency in the continuum of patient care.

Manages the effective and efficient use of equipment, consumables and dental instruments.
Prepares and reports clinic budget and expenditure.
Performs any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Staff Engagement and DevelopmentLeads and supervises staff to deliver quality care to patients and to meet organizational goals.
Coaches, mentors and inspires staff in their continuous learning and career development.
Engages and communicates with staff to foster teamwork and to ensure information and knowledge are shared timely and effectively.
Oversees staff recruitment and retention to achieve a stable, skilled and motivated team.
Contributes to performance appraisals.
