Health & Co-Development Business Unit is looking for
Software Quality Engineer

What will you do?

We are looking for someone who is quality-minded and always strives to find innovative ways to improve and make a difference to product quality.

Be part of a cross-functional engineering team engaging in large scale national strategic projects.

You will also have opportunities to grow in areas beyond software quality development, such as DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software development.

Work in agile development team to deliver highquality software testing according to user needs.

This may include working on:

Functional testing focusing on test automation & behaviourdriven development
Nonfunctional testing focusing on performance testing, security testing and secure code review
Adopt proven quality testing practices like code reviews, testing pyramid and sprintbased testing
Responsible for the design, execution and analysis of technical test engagement in agile scrum setting.
Automate test scenario, design and build continuous integration process with DevOps team
Produce clear and detailed test report which show conclusion of testing and highlight value to the team.
Maintain efficient communication channel with the internal team across various projects
Manage and track daytoday progress of project
Any other task and/or duties to be assigned by reporting officer

Requirements:

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in a software quality engineering or relevant roles
Familiar with Javascript/Typescript programming language, or willingness to learn Javascript/Typescript.
Good understanding of software testing methodology, including functional and nonfunctional testing and test techniques.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with any one of the test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress, etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with any one of the test frameworks like Cucumber, Jest, Mocha, Nightwatch, etc.
Familiar with HTTP, REST, SSL standards, security models and common api client architecture.
Experienced in agile or scrum development model.
Good team player with good communication skills
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Possess professional certifications such as ISTQB, CFTL, CEH, CISSP, OSCP or other relevant certification would be advantageous.
Experience in the following would be advantageous:
Continuous integration/continuous delivery
DevOps
Nonfunctional vulnerability assessment and usability testing.
Mobile app testing (for iOS and Android), including crossplatform technologies such as React Native
Preferred character/personality traits:
Keen to share knowledge with team mates
Curious, open to new ideas
Quick to learn new skills
Selfdriven and independent
Strong analytical skills
