As a Clothing Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging clothing items for shipment or distribution.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the correct products are properly packaged and ready for delivery to customers or retail stores.

Job Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently pack clothing items into appropriate packaging materials, such as bags, boxes, or cartons, ensuring proper size and fit.
Crosscheck product details, including SKU numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities, against order invoices or pick lists to ensure accurate packing.
Inspect garments for any defects, damages, or discrepancies during the packing process and report any issues to the supervisor or quality control department.
Labeling and Tagging: Affix proper labels, tags, or barcodes to each packed item to facilitate easy identification, tracking, and scanning during shipment.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting packed items, verifying stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
Maintain cleanliness and report any malfunctions or issues with packing equipment, such as tape dispensers, sealing machines, or scales, to the maintenance department.
Develop a good understanding of the clothing products being packed, including fabric types, styles, and variations, to assist with accurate packing and handling.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not required.
Basic math and computer skills for order verification and inventory management.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types:

Salary:
$7.91 - $12.33 per hour
