Description
What you will do_- Greet customers who enter our clinic.
- Register or retrieve patient's details using our inhouse system.
- Process and receive payments from customers, patients.
- Be warm and welcoming when answering calls.
- Schedule appointments for customers, patients.
- What you will need_
Able to communicate in Chinese with TCM physician, collegues and customers
