- Application Management Be responsible for all aspects of software development for an application or a set of applications (platform) Manage one or multiple applications from functional specifications to production implementation and post-implementation Monitor and manage risks/issues related to development
- Design Partner with Architects to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
- Process/Technology Adoption Drive adoption of methods (e.g. Agile) and industry practices Drive quality and productivity outcomes Apply established methods and technologies with off-the-shelf or custom solutions delivered using a combination of internal staff, contractors and vendors
- Implementation Management Verify technical implementation plan and ensure deployment package contents are complete
- Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Engineering or Development manager with more than 12 years of relevant experience in financial services industry – Corporate banking/Cash management
- Good and proven fundamental knowledge of project implementation for large-scale, multi-interfaces applications
- Experience in delivering projects in full SDLC / Agile methodologies
- Have good interpersonal and communications skills
- Have good organizational skills and stakeholder management skills, with experience at coordinating multiple stakeholders in a diverse organization
- Have good presentation skills
- Be a self-starter, and able to work independently
- Able to work within ambiguity
- Have strong execution ability and able to see end-to-end closure of issues
- Demonstrate good initiative in issue resolution

About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
