Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

  • Work with business unit stakeholders to map out current processes and assess the their suitability for automation
  • Develop strategies to build a digital culture within the bank
Business Performance and Management

  • Analyse business process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements / robotics automation
  • Document business requirements and redesign process for RPA (Purpose process improvement) and produce quality 'Solution Design Document' (SDD)
  • Develop quality RPA Bots in accordance to the signed off requirements and conduct internal testing
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and / or integration testing with other systems (where aopplicable)
  • Conduct workshop to familiarize process owners / end users on the new automated process
  • Provide post production support

Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree holder in a technical field preferably with some experience in programming or digitalrelated module
  • An Agile project management related certification (e.g. Scrum) is desired but is not mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of Banking Business / Operation processes
  • Meticulous and detailed in documenting business requirements and workflows
  • Experienced in or prepared to manage and communicate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Good problem solving skills and proactive in proposing constructive alternatives
