Role Summary :
The role would primarily focus on building strategy and programs for new growth initiatives This role would report directly to the founders and comes with great learning and growth opportunities

Role Description : 1. Exploring new opportunities/channels for growth and building the operating plan(s) for the same 2.

Execute different new growth initiatives and be able to capture the insights on what can be scaled and what needs to be dropped 3.

Work on ideating different landing pages and promotional content to put forward the right value proposition to the customers 4.

Coordinate with different teams internally and with external partners for project managing the growth initiatives 5. Designing and taking ownership of running different programs to improve the brand visibility metrics 6.

Dive deep into the data and identify levers that can help in achieving better to lead conversions, and reduce the drop-offs at different stages of the customer onboarding 7.

Run strategic initiatives and bring results out of them
