    Description

    This role will require strong collaboration within Singapore finance function and its shared service team to facilitate compliance with local and German regulatory requirements and being part of the day-to-day GL/Reporting operational success.

    Description

    • Carry out month-end closing and reporting according to Group's guidelines, and prepare local financial reports for filing.
    • Assist in preparing Forecast and Budget financial statements for Group reporting, including analysis reports.
    • Prepare local statutory accounts and coordinate with auditors.
    • Compile corporate tax computations and collaborate with tax agents.
    • Manage GST preparation and submission.
    • Manage full spectrum of Accounts Receivable duties, from daily operations to month-end and year-end reporting.
    • Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Center (located in the Philippines) for query resolution and review of their work quality and accuracy.
    • Act as the main point of contact with SSC and HQ for process improvement, gap analysis, error reporting, and implementation of new procedures.
    • Oversee all Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO transactions.
    • Support Finance Team Lead in SAP month-end settlement process for timely financial closing and reporting.
    • Prepare monthly management reports and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
    • Participate in audit activities.
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects and reports as needed.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • Proven experience in Financial Reporting, closing, AR management
    • Individuals with SAP system knowledge will be highly beneficial
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive results.
    • Familiarity with cash flow forecasting techniques.
