Overall Job Objectives


We are looking for an outgoing Marketing intern with a to-do spirit and a readiness to dive into all aspects of Marketing covering both Digital and Branding portions.

You will report to the Marketing Manager, assist Marketing Executives in their BAUs (daily tasks), and be responsible for implementing both generic marketing as well as digital marketing activities and supporting wider marketing activities for UCARS and partners.


Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in daytoday execution of tasks for owned digital channels (website, social and online marketing).
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Designers and relevant business units to drive campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to new content ideas / formats for eDM, Social Media and events.
  • Assist in increasing online presence derived from social media and content insights / trends, and work with the Content team to execute videos and images.
  • Boosting of media for social media channels using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Assist in the monthly roadmap for social media across the different brands.
  • Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and work requests.
  • Assist in conducting market research on trends, competitor insights, brand audiences etc.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 months commitment for working within the Marketing Department.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, managing social media channels, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for necessary collateral creation.
  • Strong communication and written skills with experience working in a crossfunctional environment within a fastpaced environment.
  • A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required.
  • Have an analytical and problemsolving mindset to propose sound recommendations to the team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge in CSS is a plus.
