    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Title: Facilities Engineer (Electrical)

    Location: Tampines

    Working Days: Monday - Friday

    Working Hours: 8 am to 5.30 pm

    Basic Salary: Up to $

    Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave, Company Transport

    Job Description:

    • Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior
    • Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures
    • Maintenance of lifts and cranes
    • Coordination and management of contractors
    • General upkeep of buildings and surroundings

    Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
    • Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
    • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical
