Responsibilities:

L1 operation and support using basic operation GUI and tools, including daily health check, enduser support, weekly/monthly routine operation
Basic troubleshooting, log collection, and onsite support
OS patching
OS hardening
Security agents installation and troubleshooting
VMware ESXi Patching preferred
Privilege ID review

Requirement:

2 to 4 years of experience
Knowledge of IT system, basic understanding of server, storage, networking, OS (windows server, linux etc)
Installation of hardware and basic setup, hardware spare replace
Understanding of IT operation process and procedure
