Description

BUTLER Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Executive to join our team.

As a Property Executive, you will be responsible for the overall administration and management of private residences, ensuring that household operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage household and vendors of private residences
Liaise with vendors for any maintenance, repairs or improvements
Responsible for vendor accounting, household account, and record keeping
Handle groceries shopping and other errands as required
Provide client butlering duties, including personalized services, anticipating and fulfilling all requests in a timely and professional manner
Providing excellent service at all times, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in property or hospitality industry
Experience in managing vendors and coordinating with different parties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
