    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Manager, Brand & Marketing will oversee and lead all execution of the Marketing strategies and action plans in the Singapore Cluster. He or she will undertake the market research to understand consumer trends and preferences, create marketing strategy, control marketing budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and perform all other relevant tasks essential for improving the cluster and its properties' awareness and branding among consumers. He or she will report directly to the Country Director, Sales & Marketing.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Conceptualise Marketing Calendar and campaigns, and perform in-house campaign management and optimisation

    2. Assist to drive brand awareness via digital marketing channels and generate direct leads and revenue for the booking engine

    3. Conceptualise and execute email marketing and digital advertising campaigns

    4. Report and review marketing campaigns' performance with internal stakeholders

    5. Maintain brand website and relevant in-language sites to ensure contents are accurate and updated

    6. Execute content and photo updates on brand website

    7. Execute brand level activations in accordance with brand signatures

    8. Work with vendors and Procurement to create marketing gifts in accordance with brand signatures to facilitate top of mind recall

    9. Work with agencies to develop creative materials, templates and collaterals for events, programming and partnerships

    10. Manage and execute loyalty programmes for guests and corporate bookers

    11. Conceptualise and implement loyalty marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive members' acquisition, engagement, and retention

    12. Support the measurement and analysis of all digital activity and ensure effectiveness & proper usage of analytics data

    13. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
